THE AGENDA
Black Community Designed Action Plan for Revitalization and Security.

THE PURPOSE of the Action plan is, to create a mechanism for sustainable living, Peace and Prosperity for the masses of Black people who want it, regardless of economic status, religious philosophy or political affiliation. One objective of this action plan is put to rest, the notion that Black people can't UNITE. Or, there will never be unified common “Revitalization Agenda” that a considerable number of people of African decent can relate to. This revitalization agenda will be designed and promoted by Black people for the mutual benefit of Black people, because they have the greatest need for it. This Agenda will be promoted to influence public policy, and investment policy not only for African/Americans, but African Diaspora as a whole. IT WILL BE LOW COST! $1.00 by each member strategically placed in basic needs categories, will simultaneously make all the things happen to create as many sustainable and secure Black Communities as desired. It will be promoted nationally and internationally. Allies outside the African American Community will be welcomed contribute something tangible to the objectives of the agenda. But, policy decisions will be the purview of the active Black participants. This effort is a socio-economic machine that will include the input of ALL participants, which is why this effort will be so powerful.

WHY AND WHAT IS “THE AGENDA” ? Black Self-Determination & Revitalization should be approached as if you’re building a house. When building a house, one should have a Blueprint. The Blueprint/Plan (Agenda) for this house should be designed by a skilled architect, following the wishes and desires of those who will reside in this house. Next, we need a General Contractor who will mobilize, guide, and supervise the building of this house. The General contractor will hire the construction specialists such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, etc. to construct the house following the pre-established Plan or Blueprint (The Agenda). Once constructed, the residents move in to the newly constructed and revitalized home, to live happily ever after. But, in order to live comfortably in the house it needs a special wing. The wing of this house is called Freedom and Self-Determination. In order to build this house, blueprints or an agenda is needed. Until there is a collective decision to change the name, let’s tentatively call this nation “New Africa” in honor of Freedom Fighters of the “Republic Of New Africa” with Inspiration for this effort also inspired by our great ancestor Dr, Amos Wilson and his works “Blueprint for Black Power”

The Black poverty rate in America (26%) is too high. With an Agenda, you have a tool for counting and assessing the needs of the community. Knowing how many are hungry or homeless provides information on how much food to grow, or how many homes to build. Knowing how many people are sick and the specific nature of the illnesses defines how many Health professionals are needed. The Agenda will define education and training needs; which will allow the community to sustain itself with skilled people, resulting in a community whose frame of mind evolves away from just complaining and more towards problem solving and development.

HOW TO DETERMINE IF “THE AGENDA” IS WORKING. If the fundraising objective is successful, there will be $624 million dollars annually that can be forwarded to 12-24 entities for sustainable Black development. The Group will track, document, and publish results of its efforts, and the efforts of others who are making contributions to the Revitalization of the Black Experience. A portion of all revenues collected (.083%) will be dispersed to a minimum of twelve (12) Black Business and Non-profit entities, focusing on a dozen prime aspects of community development which are:

 Land Acquisition (for housing, agriculture, industrial development)
 Agriculture.
 Health (To include care for elders and aging)
 Education. (to include science and technology)
 Economic Development./ Emphasis on Manufacturing.
 Public Safety and Security (police brutality).
 Reparations.
 Telecommunications.
 Political Education, Mobilization, and Accountability.
 Foreign Policy. (Pan-African).
 Money, Finance, and Investment.
 Emergency Preparedness.

*** It should be noted that all the categories listed above, when properly NETWORKED, will have a positive impact on all the other categories, because they are all interrelated.
The following is a description of how?; why?; and where? the funds will be channeled. Click on the links to understand why we are recommending Blackfolks establish a relationship with these Businesses/Organizations. As a supporter/member of within “The Agenda” we are confident you will get priority in the distribution of resources and information held by these groups. Especially if you belong to an organization that is channeling almost one million dollars a week to them.

*Land Acquisition. To Increase in individual and/or collective ownership of land, resulting in demonstrated decreases in homelessness, and hunger. Also, to increase food production and homeownership. Another objective would be collective ownership of land for commercial endeavors like Manufacturing and Farming operations.
This should also lead to increase job and career opportunities. It will be proposed that .083% ( Potentially, $52 Million dollars annually) of all weekly revenues be channeled to entities in this division.
