I like the idea, but where would the money come from? Who would pay people the money and how would the app make a profit so they could stay in business?

Wonderful idea but this is what it made me think of OK. How about the same concept except an app that can market black business, talent and services through people who support their business live? Participants using the snap chat like app can do a review and upload it using social media to share with their friends. The business could pay a certain amount for the social media advertising review that would equal points. In other words if the business person pays $10.00 he would receive 10 pts which is worth 10 (ten) 30 sec snap chat reviews. The owner and developer of the snap chat review app would get 50 cent per 30 sec social media review and the end user meaning the person doing the review would get 50 cents per review after it is posted on their social media.
That would get a business owner posted in their local area on 10 different social media pages to which he can determine if it increases his ROI to continue its use.

And is a weekly or monthly stipend for the end user!

The app developer also gets paid and if they increase the ROI of businesses WOW!
