I'm Mari, owner of EDGI MEDIA a brand narration and storytelling space for solo and entrepreneurs devoted to the exploration of the customer journey. I strive to help startup small businesses understand the basics of branding and provide them with a framework that they can build a legacy on.

My life's work is engaging others in a way that makes them feel human. I spent 20 years working in the nonprofit and social service sectors directly serving at-risk, vulnerable populations in housing, aged-care, and food insecurity.

My most recent work was for a small hunger-based nonprofit that was stuck in startup phase for over 15 years - due to inadequate funding to scale up operations and strategically staff areas to drive its business strategy.

As social media manager, I spent to two years growing the brand. Fifty thousand dollars in social media fundraising later, I was told my role wasn't essential. Those labor pains bore EDGI MEDIA.
