Monday 9th December

We're screening Rasheed Nichols (Nix) documentary "Why don't Black people vote?" which gives a critical analysis of why traditionally we don't see the point.

Many of us aren't aware that there are over 3 million registered African Caribbean UK citizens according to the National Office for Statistics, with 2 million of us living in London.

This may give us more clarity as to why the Conservatives created the hostile environment that deported many of us in secret flights whilst the Home Office destroyed our records.

It is time that we as a community decide to organise around the political structures that will serve one and all within the African Caribbean community UK wide.

We will also discuss the role of OBV and what it's relivance is to the African Caribbean community in 2019 and how our organisation end up getting infiltrated by Asians and Europeans where the initial agenda evolves to no longer benefit us.
