I trained as a Nutritional Therapist 15 years ago. During my own journey to health and wellness I added Detox Specialist, Raw Food Chef and Vegan Nutritionist to my qualifications. More recently, owing to world events, I discovered the truth and became a Truth Advocate. I realised the world is not what I thought it was.

My mission is to help my people to 'see'. As in see that the the body is more than capable of healing without the intervention of medication or surgery for chronic diseases. My specialist area is Fibroids and Heavy Menstrual Bleeding.

I am not a doctor. I do not have a medical background. What I do is provide you with knowledge of your unique physiology and know that when you apply the right tools, you will heal.

Unlearning what has been taught to us by those who have not had our best interests at heart can really mess with your mind. Learning the truth is like taking the Red Pill. Once you take it, there is no going back.

Fibroid Friendly Meals

Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1-2

Ingredients:
1 cup home-made almond milk
1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 courgette(chopped and frozen)
1 banana (halved)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds (if tolerated)
1/4 cup raspberries (or any other fruit of choice)
2 tbsp granola (optional)

Directions:
1. Add almond milk, cauliflower, courgette, half the banana, almond butter, cacao powder, and chia seeds (if using), into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
2. Pour into and bowl and top with remaining banana, raspberries and granola (if using).

TIP: If the mixture is too runny, add in 1/4 cup plant based chocolate protein powder. Ensure there are no added extras like preservatives or sugar.

As a former retail assistant for a health store, many people would come in and ask for supplements hoping to swap prescribed medication for herbs and supplements. Basically, using pills for ills.

What they are actually doing is just swapping something more toxic for something not toxic and expecting the non toxic pills to do the same job as the toxic pills.

Things is... what many often miss is the need for an emotional cleanse. We concentrate on the physical because that is what we have been trained to do...yes, trained or programmed if you will.

We were born into a world where living in fear has been normalised. We never even knew it was abnormal! I don't think we appreciate just how much this impacts our mental well-being. Fear based living is toxic to the body. I don’t think there is a herb or supplement that can purge these from your cells. Yes, there are some beautiful remedies that can help you cope yes, but to totally detox from fear, as in remove it from your physical being? That’s a whole different level!

There is a fundamental piece missing from our lives which is often replaced with junk sugar filled foods (watch Eat Well for Less and my 600lb Life), alcohol, watching mind numbing, mind altering TV, uncontrolled spending and other habits we think is doing us a world of good, but in reality is eating away at us.
