I feel like as black people we have the crippling obsession with talking about the problem and never focus on the solution as much as we should

We also dont support each other beyond the initial complaint. Not financially, not emotionally, not physically. The solution requires community.

If we concentrate less on the negative and seek like minded people, we won't have the complaints in the comments. While I am not into groupthink, I try and surround myself with doers and people that think like me. If I say I want to do XYand Z for ABand C, I know that I have people that are able willing and ready to succeed. Hopefully here, we can just join together on what we have in common. A great start is to not dwell on or speak on the negative of our people in general. There are far many more of us that are willing to help than not. Let's form that circle!
