Fibroid Friendly Meals

Chocolate Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1-2

1 cup home-made almond milk
1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 courgette(chopped and frozen)
1 banana (halved)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds (if tolerated)
1/4 cup raspberries (or any other fruit of choice)
2 tbsp granola (optional)

1. Add almond milk, cauliflower, courgette, half the banana, almond butter, cacao powder, and chia seeds (if using), into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
2. Pour into and bowl and top with remaining banana, raspberries and granola (if using).

TIP: If the mixture is too runny, add in 1/4 cup plant based chocolate protein powder. Ensure there are no added extras like preservatives or sugar.
