On the other hand, high cholesterol triggers the problem of heart attack and stroke. It is important that cholesterol levels should be normal as they help to build the cell membranes. Due to this, it contributes to the rescue work of blood vessels, protects the nerve fibers, and helps in production if Vitamin D, hormones, and bile acids.
